Individual therapy

Individual therapy can also be called self-therapy. You’re working on yourself, and whether you’re single or in a relationship, this is YOUR time to talk about YOUR issues. Examples of what I can help with can be found here.

It creates a safe space where you can talk about whatever you need. Self-development never stands still if you don’t let it, and I want to help you live your life and your sexuality to the fullest.

Conversation therapy is about working through things that get in your way. Whether it’s a lack of desire, sexual issues, old/new traumas, bad experiences, anxiety, insecurity or other things, this is the place to come to process this. It can be scary to open up about intimate issues to a stranger, but everything that lives in the shadows is allowed to grow.

Conversation therapy is also for those who want to find out more about orientation/gender, are unsure about orientation/gender, need help with self-acceptance, have concerns about orientation/gender or other questions/thoughts about LGBTQ. Here it’s safe to talk about everything your heart and head may contain, and here it’s free for everyone regardless of orientation, gender, religion, culture, faith, fetishes, or anything else. Here with me, everyone is free to be who they are.
